When we were required to have followers in our blog, all of us struggled to do it. Many managed to find follower gadgets but in different types and it was hard for me to join their blog because most of the gadgets were not friendly user until I found few friends'blogs like Ustad Dini's which had the most friendly user follower gadget. I adopted it myself and yes it is the easiest way for friends to join our blogs. This is how.
1. Click Layout
2. Click Add Gadgets
3. Do not scroll down the list of gadgets but just click More Gadgets at your upper left.
4. More gadgets will appear. Scroll down to the bottom until you see gadget Follower.
5. Click Follower.
View your blog, you will see the blue column with writings Join this site.
That's it. It is so easy and so simple.

Install Widgets into Your Blog
You can do anything with your blog site. You can add calendar, clock, counter and anything else easily by following the steps below.
1. Open any website for blog. For example open in Google or Yahoo and type "clock for blog".
2. Select what kind of clock, the colour and everything else.
3. Copy all the html code given
4. Log in your blog and click the spanar like icon
5. Click "Add external link"
6. You will get another pop up which requires you to type the title of the widget and paste the html code you have copied into the column of Content. Then click Save.
Then view your blog. You will find it amazing and you may try with other widgets you feel necessary for your blog.

Online questionaire
In order to save our planet Mother Earth, we have to be paperless. With IT technologies, this can be realised. Researchers, especially, should not use papers to spread their questionaire for people to answer. After the research has been done, the papers of questionaire will be thrown away. Researchers should use online survey to replace paper. Some of the examples are Google Form and Monkey Survey. I prefer Google Form because we can ask as many questions as we want but limited to those who have Google account. Monkey Survey limits not more than 10 questions, you have to pay for more questions.
I will show you how to use Google Form. It is so easy that you can master it in less than 10 minutes.
Follow these steps:
1.Open Google Forms website.
2. Type Form Title. For example type QUESTIONNAIRE
3. In the column of Question Title type NAME
4. In the column of Question Type choose Text
5. Click Done
6. In the column of Add Item, choose Text
7. In the column of Question Title, type instruction like "Please complete this inventory by circling the appropriate ratings".
8. In the Question Type column, choose Scale
9. For Label 1 type Strongly Disagree, for Label 2 type Strongly Agree
10. Click Done.
11. Choose Text in the column of Add Item
12. In the column of Question Title, now you can begin typing the first question
13. In the column of Question Type, choose Scale
14. Click Done
15. After completing all questions, click Send Form button.
16. Enter your blogspot address in the column of "Send from via email" and click Done.
17. Copy http address.
18. Open your blog and click the upper spanar look like

21. In the column, delete http://, then paste the QUESTIONNAIRE you copied just now
22. Click Save Link
When your students open youo blog, they will click QUESTIONNAIRE and answer the survey. The result can be read in Google Form website by clicking your file and click View Responses at the top.

How to use links in your blog
Making a post in a blog is easy but how to connect your post with other information is quite tricky. I learned this from my son who is in first semester doing IT. I think I should share the knowledge I have gained to those who are new bloggers.
Follow these steps. For example you want to post several notes in your log which need you to use link.
1. Write a page titled Notes. in the page write down all subjects you want to post notes.
2. Then click"publish" button.
3. Click page.
4. Then make a new page by pressing "new page" button and title it with a name of the subjects, for an example Pengajian Malaysia.
5. In the page list down all the chapters.
6. Then click the "publish" button.
7. Copy the http address above
8. Open "Page" and point the curser at "Note" and click the word "Edit".
9. In the open page, highlight the word "Pengajian Malaysia" and click "link". A pop up will show up and fill in the title with Pengajian Malaysia in the column of "Tex to display" and paste the address you copy just now into the column of Web address Click OK..
10. Then click "update" button. This mean the page Pengajian Malaysia has been linked to the post titled Note.
11. Click "new page" and paste the note of chapter 1. Do not forget put the title Chapter 1. Then click "publish" button"
12. Copy the URL address above.
13.Click page and point the cursor to "Pengajian Malaysia" and click "edit" and highlight Chapter 1 and click "link" button.
14. A pop up will come out again and put the title Chapter 1 into the column"Text to display" and paste the address in the column of "Web address". Then click OK.
15. Click "update" button.
16.Do this repetitively for each chapter. After you are done, click "view blog" button. Now you can try by clicking "Note" button. How to retrieve files infected by shortcut virus
Some of my friends and I have experienced files in thumbdrives infected by shortcut virus. How does it look like? Refer to the picture below.
We did not know what to do except formatting our thumdbdrives which caused all our files deleted and could not be retrieved at all forever. It happened to me again for the second time. Fortunately, there was an IT technician taught me an easy way how to get back my files which were infected by shortcut virus.
This is how.
1. search "run"
2. type cmd:e if your thumbdrive is at drive d, write "cmd:d", then enter
3. when you get the command prompt, write "e:", then enter
4. write "attrib", then enter
5. write "attrib -a -s -h /s /d" then enter
6. wait for a while, then open folder. You will find all shortcut virus is gone and you can open your files like normal. These steps are very useful to get rid of the virus immediately without internet. However, there are few anti virus application which can erase all virus including shortcut virus. I suggest you to download applications as below:
1. SMADAV

How to correct if your Samsung Tab 2 gets hang.
Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 is much better than Ipad because it has a lot more functions than Ipad. Tab 2 has some functions and Ipad does not have:
- Tab 2 has dual speakers in the front which makes the sound better and clearer but Ipad just has a mono speaker at the back.
- Tab 2 can add more memory besides internal memory by inserting sd card but Ipad does not have sd card slot.
- Tab 2 is bigger in size that you will enjoy watching videos or playing games but Ipad is a bit smaller.

However Tab 2 is much slower in browsing internet than Ipad and Tab 2 is always hang that suddenly you cannot browse anything. The touchscreen dows not function. None of the functions work and much worse you cannot switch off until the battery runs out. I did not know what to do when that happened. After trying so many things by pushing all buttons, finally I found out how to reset the tab.
This is how.
- Turn off the tab by pushing the on/off button for few seconds.
- Click "power off".
- Then click "OK". Then wait until it is really switched off. You can feel the vibration when it shuts down.
- Push the power button and volume up button simultaneously for few seconds. Android system recovery will comes out. You can see the picture of Android robot.

6. Push power button.
The tab will switch on as normal. Now you can download a new password or surf internet or play games with your Tab without any problems.
You can save RM50 from not going to the fixing smartphone shop to fix your tab. You can do it yourself.
